Below are answers to the most asked questions regarding my general business practices and how to navigate the website. If you don't see your question answered, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. I'm always happy to answer your questions and offer assistance.

How do I order a print?

Below each photo is a list of print options and drop-down menus with size choices, along with the price for each size. Simply choose your print option and size, then click add to cart. You will be taken to the shopping cart page where you can either click “continue shopping,” or complete the checkout process.

What are my payment options and is it secure?

You may choose either PayPal or Stripe as payment option in the shopping cart. The website utilizes the most up to date encryption technology for payment processing. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

How are the prints shipped?

Shipping carriers are chosen by the printing facility and is usually based on print medium and size. Each print is professionally packaged and fully insured to safeguard against damages during transport.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Allow up to four weeks for delivery of acrylic or metal prints, though it is sooner than that in most cases. Allow up to three weeks for delivery of photo paper prints.

What photographic paper do you use?

Hahnemule Photo Rag Pearl is my paper of choice. I believe it is an excellent paper and is the default paper in the ordering process. Ultimately though, there’s a few archival grade papers to choose from based on your needs. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact me prior to ordering and I would be happy to offer some recommendations.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes, I do offer custom sizes. Creative sizing and/or cropping may alter the visual essence of the photo, but I'm confidant we can find a solution that works for you. Feel free to contact me to discuss your needs.

Can I order framed acrylic or metal prints?

I do not currently offer framed prints ordered directly through the website. The option of a framed acrylic or metal print is available, however. Please contact me to discuss the available options and prices. Direct ordering through the website will be available in the future.

What is your return policy?

Prints offered on this website are made to order and are returnable only under conditions of damage or subpar workmanship. These are very rare occurrences but does happen on occasion. In this case, please document your concern and notify me immediately upon receipt of your print.

Measures are taken to ensure that the photographs are displayed accurately on this site, and thus, you will have a reasonable expectation of what is ordered. However, it is impossible to account for the variations in uncalibrated computer monitors, in comparison to the calibrated monitors on which I edit my photos. Please take this into account and make every effort to view the photos on a calibrated monitor when considering a purchase.

Do you sign the prints?

I am very proud of my photography and would love to sign every print I produce. I’m cognizant though that not everyone wants a signature on their print. In consideration of each customer’s personal taste, prints are signed only upon request.

Does the watermark appear on the print?

No, the watermark does not appear on purchased prints or digital licensed images.
